So. I watched an interesting program tonight - “Pregnant Man”.
Yeh. It’s called Couvade Syndrome, and it’s a little crazy. I’m fine - ish - with the exception of some unexpected sleep issues, and a little stomach trouble. Really though, I decided today that it’s got nothing to do with a sympathetic pregnancy so much as my overriding disgust with the general public.
Tim Horton’s employees making 13$ an hour (Yeah) while educated ‘capable’ and ‘intelligent’ people make 10 or 12 bucks doing a job that requires education, and ability.
Middle aged Cheerleader Mom’s who cut me off to get into line RIGHT in front of me at a car wash, and 22 year old drug dealer pukes driving brand new BMW’s.
Why did I get so bitter? I don’t know. Perhaps I’m not so much bitter - as that once again I’ve allowed my standards to get too high…
Shit.
Hey guy, mellow out a little…..these people don’t care if your upset, they have their own agendas. The only one who is affected s you and the only injurious result is what it does to your blood-pressure and things like that. Try and accept the fact that this world is populated by many idiots all of whom have their own agendas and could care less what the right and proper thing to do is. Try and relax and be cool, hard though it may be. You will feel better. I know, I’m always told I’m trying to change the world but your know what, I can’t. Don’t think you can either. As the Brits say ‘water off a duck’s back’ - or as the spics say;’ no es una problema’.
Stay cool my son, you’ll feel better!
Pregnant Man, eh? Well, as long as it isn’t this guy:

And yeah, the unfair nature of the world is a bummer sometimes but you really oughtn’t lose hairs dwelling on that and instead you should focus on the things that make you happy (which may include making others happy as well).
To add one more quote:
“Don’t worry, be happy” - Bobby McFerrin
I think I just threw up in my mouth.. a lot.
