Ok. So – Lin and I have gone great-guns in the last 4 months on the caches, jumping from 25 to 92. They’ve all been “Real” caches too – not the sissy ‘Virtual’ caches or the mind numbing brass caps (of which I am still skunked – grrr.)

Found a neat tool “GPSVisualizer “that allows you to upload a GPX file, a waypoint listing from GSAK at http://www.gsak.net or Geocaching.com and it will display the points on a Google Map. I know – the technology isn’t ‘whizbang new’ but it’s a new application – and it’s cool.

I generated the Team Scratch_ “Found List” and there over thar is a map of all our Edmonton finds. (No – not including Vancouver island, or the route to Calgary.)

So hrm. Neat. I’m such a nerd.

Oh yeah “Edmonton Cache Machine” might actually be a real geocacher not just a title.

Sorry for the infringement of intellectual property. I assure you – I’m not intellectual.

It has also come to my attention that I don’t rock out as hard as I should, and my blog – does not have enough cowbell.

    Thanks for your support on your site. I haven’t talked to paul in a bit, but I will assume that you’re a family friend.

    As to your epiphany with the GPS thing, all I can do is blink. Yep, just like they used to do in the old Looney Toons – just blink. But hey, to each his own and if that makes you cheerful, so be it.

    Once again, thank you for your support. It means a lot even after events you talked about.

    You are more than welcome Wil – thanks for your service to this country. I am an OLD friend of Paul’s wife – we go back years. So – I’ve known Paul since just a year or so since they got together. Whenever we talk – I try to get updates on how you’re doing – glad to see you’re keeping you head high, and staying on top of things. Good stuff dude.
