Ok. It’s a ‘dummy’. I know these as ‘Soothers’ and ‘Pacifiers’, but my wife (of English upbringing) calls them ‘Dummies’. I have accepted this – but refuse to bow to ‘Nappy-changes’ preferring ‘Dypees’.
Yes – we clean his doodler, and dingleberries, perhaps even a wipe of the tooter. We’ve experienced the mustard laser, and the SBDs (silent but deadlies).
He’s a snug-a-bug wee-man and we often play noses-and-toeses.
And no. There is NO baby-talk in the house.
