Hours ticked by and the plane finally got off the ground, and arrived in Victoria at 9:29pm just a few hours behind.

A few hours with a newborn is a lifetime! (But he seemed to have fun.)

Thank goodness - he slept the flight home, from takeoff to landing except for a single ‘border crossing’ feed. Alas - while we got a number of great photos at the airport - I’m pretty much done with them for a while.

Merry Christmas everyone, and please - have a happy, safe, and fulfilling new year….

The joys of air travel in Canada’s winter, eh! Hopefully you both had a nice break from the snow, wind and rain in lieu at times……and it is always so nice to be home on your own turf after a trip. Ben is a constant joy and a lovely baby. We so enjoyed our time baby-sitting (even changing diapers) and were pleased to be able to spell you guys off for a few hours each day so that you could link up with friends and show Benjy off. Looking forward to our next visit.
Hope the rest of 2006 is smooth work-wise. Talk soon.
    Love to all,
    Dad :)

Benjy is a about to begin a brand new year and it should be a learning one for him and for this parents…..the little guy will learn a lot this year. How to sit up, how to crawl, get teeth, probably walk and perhaps even talk. Great adventures lie ahead for your little family in 2007. Happy New Year!
