Why I get out of bed…

Why do I get out of bed? To make sure this monster has the things he needs to be happy, healthy, and challenged every day.

I get out of bed to check on him and every day I wonder how we could possibly be good enough to raise him.

I get out of bed - even on those days when I would rather hide below the blankets because I need to know what he has learned today.

I get out of bed because I can’t bear to miss a second.

    Which means that Benny is much loved. He’s also our pride and joy.

    No worries mate. Kids are resilliant.. can even take a few head drops and still not hold it against you.. due to the memory loss.
